Launch from the right support
Rockets need a stable launch tube, clear overhead space and enough room for spectators and landing areas.
Use a proper launch tube
Use the launch tube specified by the instructions and make sure it is fixed securely. Follow the product instructions. Light one firework at a time, at the end of the fuse and at arm's length, using a suitable taper. Never stand or lean over it. Step back immediately.
Angle away from spectators
Make sure the launch tube is angled slightly away from spectators, is stable, and the rocket path is clear of overhead branches, cables, and buildings.
Never fire from bottles
Bottles can tip, shatter, or launch rockets at dangerous angles.
Keep spectators well back
Use the distance printed on the label and keep the landing area clear.
